I love chocolate sometimes. Being as I am sugar challenged, I can only love chocolate sometimes if I expect to stay standing and enjoy the rest of my day. So I have to say, when I stopped by Carter’s Chocolates located in Towne Square Mall in Port Orchard, I was treated to some tasty chocolate and some great news as well. Let’s hear about that!

I spoke with Matt Carter, owner of Carter’s Chocolates. He showed me this.

It’s a nice small sampler box of the famous chocolate truffles and just perfect for Father’s Day gifting or even a good thank you or appreciation gift. Carter stated that this was a new packaging that’s actually a natural made box. He continued on to say that these special boxes can be found in Gig Harbor at Harbor Greens Market.

I believe that the best news I heard was that “sugar-free” chocolate will be available soon at Carter’s Chocolates. Carter has been working for some time for a great tasting treat so that everyone can enjoy chocolate. He explained that it had been a popular request from customers and it inspired him to start on a “sugar free” collection.

Carter’s Chocolates is located inside Towne Square Mall in Port Orchard. Other locations to find Carter’s Chocolates include the farmers markets in Gig Harbor and Port Orchard, the Chocolate Box in Seattle and various events during the year in Washington state.
