So much is in the news as of late, and perhaps more importantly is the swine flu thing, but also there’s a nice story about Kirstie Alley and her struggles with weight loss/gain. Apparently she’s gained weight back and is again addressing this. Yes, I have been there and done that a few times. Right now, I struggle to keep weight on me, and I honestly never thought I would be in this position ever. I was always the girl trying to keep the weight off. Now my fight is to keep the weight in an okay range and do it in a healthy manner. Watching the news this morning and the medical correspondant’s spin on losing and maintaining a good weight, I thought I’d drop a quick story on my experiences with this. (more…)
